Jo Yeo-jeong recently praised her co-star Jung Sung-il on the YouTube channel 'Jjanhanyoung Shin Dong-yup' while discussing their new movie 'Murder Report.'

The connection between Jo Yeo-jeong and Jung Sung-il was revealed during the show. The two previously worked together on 'Woman of 9.9 Billion.' Jung recalled, "I was introduced as Jo Yeo-jeong's half-sibling in the middle of the series, and she welcomed me warmly with a big wave. I was grateful for her consideration."

Jo Yeo-jeong expressed her admiration for Jung Sung-il's consistent demeanor. She confessed, "Jung Sung-il became well-known as Ha Do-young in 'The Glory.' I was afraid of being hurt by someone I liked, so I thought to myself, 'He must have changed after becoming successful.'"

Jo continued, "Even if he had changed, I thought we could still work together. But after being cast in 'Murder Report,' he messaged me saying, 'Thank you, Yeo-jeong, for being you.' I realized he hadn't changed at all," expressing her gratitude.

Jung Sung-il also shared his admiration for actor Lee Byung-hun. He appeared as Shin Min-a's ex-husband in the drama 'Our Blues' and recalled, "I received a sudden call and was given a script. My agency told me, 'You're playing Shin Min-a's husband.'"

However, Jung revealed that it was Lee Byung-hun's involvement that convinced him to take the role. "I agreed to do it because my character had scenes with Lee Byung-hun," he said.

Before filming, Jung contracted COVID-19 and was quarantined for three weeks. "The scene with Lee Byung-hun was delayed. Even after quarantine, I wasn't in perfect condition, but I went to the set and asked him for an autograph," he shared.

Jung humorously recounted, "My friends teased me, saying, 'Who are you to get mad while Shin Min-a cleans?' But when I watched the broadcast, Lee Byung-hun's character was scolding mine, and I felt hurt. I didn't know it would happen," causing laughter.

Jung Sung-il admitted, "I watch everything Lee Byung-hun is in," and responded to Shin Dong-yup's impromptu 'SNL' appearance suggestion, "I'd go if invited. I had a chance before but declined, fearing I'd be a burden."

Additionally, Jung, known as a fan of the Hanwha Eagles baseball team, expressed his desire to throw the first pitch, saying, "I wanted to become successful and famous to do that," with a bright smile.
