Wendy Tops Poll as Most Desired Female Singer for August Vacation Plans

Wendy has been voted as the number one female singer people want to plan their August vacation with.

From August 28 to September 3, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which female singer would you like to plan your August vacation with?' Wendy emerged as the top choice.

Wendy is set to release a new solo album next month, marking her first release in approximately a year and a half. Her agency, Ascend, announced on July 24 that Wendy's new album is confirmed for release next month. This will be her first album since signing an exclusive contract with Ascend, following her departure from SM Entertainment in April, where she had been since her debut.

In second place is Girls' Generation member Yoona. She is set to appear in the movie 'The Devil Moved In,' releasing on the 13th, and the tvN drama 'The Tyrant's Chef,' premiering on the 23rd. In 'The Devil Moved In,' Yoona plays Jung Sun-ji, a bakery owner by day and a devil by night. In 'The Tyrant's Chef,' she takes on the role of Yoon Ji-young, a French chef who time-slips to the past.

Third place goes to Girls' Generation member Yuri. From August 4 to 6, Yuri showcased her hosting skills as a special DJ on SBS PowerFM's 'Park Ha-sun's Cine Town.' Since being appointed as an ambassador for Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in June, Yuri has been actively sharing her daily life in Jeju through her social media.

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which male singer would you like to have an indoor date with in a cool place during the hot summer?' and similar themes for female singers and trot singers.
