Annie from 'Salon Drip 2' candidly discussed dealing with negative comments.

On the 5th, Annie and Tarzan from the All Day Project appeared on the YouTube web show 'Salon Drip 2,' hosted by Jang Do-yeon.

Annie, known as the 'daughter of the Shinsegae chairman,' shared her debut journey, saying, "I auditioned for The Black Label and became a trainee. While studying in the U.S., I took online classes and sent evaluation videos to the company for feedback over four years. During vacations, I would return to Korea to practice."

Previously, Annie mentioned, "When I practiced, my parents would say it was too noisy. They'd comment, 'If you worked this hard on something else, you'd have built a house by now.' When I expressed my desire to become a singer, they'd dismiss it as a passing whim, which is why I still dislike that phrase."

Annie, who attended an Ivy League school to pursue her idol dreams, also shared her family's reaction post-debut. Her younger sister, who was uninterested in the entertainment industry but was forced to help during Annie's training days, complained, "Your face keeps popping up in my algorithm." Meanwhile, Tarzan humorously added, "My dad asked if he could quit his job now."

Annie also recounted a story about inviting her group members to her home. After late-night practices, they felt awkward ordering food at the company, so they gathered at Annie's house.

She said, "My family likes the members, especially Tarzan. I'm not the affectionate type, but my parents prefer that style." She shared that they performed a talent show, splitting the male and female parts of Zaza's 'In the Bus' in front of her family.

Annie is the granddaughter of Lee Myung-hee, the chairwoman of Shinsegae Group, and the daughter of Jung Yoo-kyung, the chairwoman of Shinsegae. She debuted as a member of the All Day Project in June.
