Actress Jeon Hye-bin Shares Stunning Selfie and Real Estate Success Story

In the image, Jeon Hye-bin dons a black sleeveless top and lets her long, wavy hair flow naturally, exuding an elegant and sophisticated aura. Meanwhile, Jeon Hye-bin, who is married to a dentist, previously appeared on the MBC variety show 'Radio Star.' She shared, "When I was young, I had the opportunity to buy a villa at a relatively low price. I contracted a villa under construction and asked them to deduct the cost of the basic interior, which I then redid myself."
She continued, "Villas usually don't sell well, but because the interior was beautiful, people wanted to buy it immediately. Once, having traveled overseas for performances since I was young, I dreamed of owning a house by the beach. During a trip to Gangwon Province, I visited a village by the Yangyang beach." She added, "I loved the location, and since I was interested in surfing at the time, I bought land there with the idea of building a surfer house."
Jeon Hye-bin confessed, "But the project became too big. I started construction without much thought at a young age, and it cost too much, leading to stress-induced hair loss." She further explained, "After all the hardships, I completed it, and suddenly there was a surfing boom. A highway connecting Seoul and Yangyang opened, which was a great advantage. Now, the area is famous for surfing, and I unintentionally succeeded in real estate investment."
