Additionally, Lee Byung-hun purchased a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu for 26 billion KRW in 2018 and sold it three years later for 36.8 billion KRW, making a profit of 10.6 billion KRW. It is understood that he earned approximately 1.2 billion KRW annually in rental income until the sale.
