In January of last year, it was reported that a burglar had broken into the LA residence of the Lee Byung-hun and Lee Min-jung couple. The LA police attributed the incident to burglars targeting affluent neighborhoods.

While there was no financial loss, Lee Min-jung stated, "We took measures by installing shutters that come down like steel bars." She added, "Security is a common topic among Americans," and shared her adaptation to a country where legal gun ownership is possible and bag checks are conducted at church entrances.

Lee Min-jung also touched on the tipping culture. "I visit the U.S. about once a year, and I noticed that even Starbucks drive-thrus now have kiosks for tipping," she remarked.

In American restaurants, it's customary to tip around 12-15% during the day and 18-20% at night. Lee Min-jung's friend shared, "When our family of five dines out, it costs about $300, and taxes and tips add to the expense," expressing concerns over rising costs.

Lee Min-jung humorously admitted, "When we tip and someone recognizes my husband (Lee Byung-hun), we tend to tip more generously rather than choosing the minimum option."
