BTS's Jungkook Surpasses 8 Million Followers on New Instagram Account

On October 15, Jungkook launched a new Instagram account and hosted a live broadcast, revealing, "This is JK's (Jungkook) new Instagram. I created it for multi-live purposes."
Previously, in 2023, Jungkook deleted his personal Instagram account, which had 52.4 million followers. He explained at the time, "It's not because of hacking; I just stopped using it, so I deleted it."
Now, nearly two years later, his newly created account has already amassed over 8 million followers, showcasing his immense popularity despite having no posts yet.
Jungkook is following the official BTS account and the accounts of the six other members, excluding himself. The account name 'mnijungkook' is known to mean 'My name is Jungkook.'
Meanwhile, according to Big Hit Music, BTS is set to release their live album 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LIVE' at 1 PM on the 18th.
