A netizen commented, "Make sure to sign a prenuptial agreement so that the money you earn doesn't go to Moon Won's daughter, who isn't related by blood."

This comment seems to be influenced by YouTuber 'Lawyer Lee Ji-hoon's' remarks. On October 4th, Lee Ji-hoon discussed Shinji and Moon Won's marriage and Moon Won's past, emphasizing the importance of a prenuptial agreement in a live broadcast titled 'Prenuptial Agreement (A Must Before Marriage).' He suggested verifying how much child support Moon Won provides for his daughter from a previous marriage and ensuring that premarital assets remain separate.

In response, Shinji stated, "That won't happen, and I politely decline comments unrelated to my feed."

Previously, Shinji announced her marriage to singer Moon Won, who is seven years her junior, and shared a video of their meeting with Koyote members. However, controversies arose regarding Moon Won's divorce history, existence of a child, alleged infidelity, and unlicensed real estate dealings. Shinji's agency clarified that most of these allegations are false.

The agency explained that Moon Won worked as a registered real estate assistant legally and that there were no violations. Additionally, Moon Won amicably divorced, and his ex-wife supports their marriage.
