Police Clear Min Hee-jin of Embezzlement Charges Filed by HYBE

The police have concluded that Min Hee-jin, who was accused of embezzlement by HYBE, is not guilty of the charges.

Min Hee-jin's representatives stated, "In April last year, HYBE filed embezzlement charges against former director Min Hee-jin. We have been informed today that the police have decided not to pursue the two charges filed by HYBE, as there was no evidence of wrongdoing by Min Hee-jin."

HYBE had accused Min Hee-jin of embezzlement in April of the previous year. After more than a year of investigation, the police concluded with a 'not guilty' verdict.

HYBE alleged that Min Hee-jin attempted to seize control of ADOR, filing a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station. Min Hee-jin denied the allegations, stating that the share structure made it impossible for her to take over management. In July of last year, Min Hee-jin underwent an eight-hour police investigation. At the time, she commented, "I requested to be investigated first because the allegations are baseless and seem like a comedy from my perspective."
