Dermafirm Names TXT's Huening Kai as Global Ambassador Amid Rebranding Efforts
Dermafirm, a global derma-cosmetic brand, has officially appointed Huening Kai, a member of the popular K-pop group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT), as its global ambassador.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER is renowned for their trendy music and performances, enjoying immense global popularity. Huening Kai, in particular, is celebrated for his exceptional vocal skills and ability to embody various concepts, earning him a dedicated international fanbase.

Dermafirm has undertaken a rebranding initiative to enhance its 'high-functionality skincare solutions' for 'sensitive skin' based on its proprietary peptide science. The brand selected Huening Kai as their ambassador, believing his clear and trustworthy image aligns with their global strategy, and anticipates a strong synergy moving forward.

On set, Huening Kai was praised for his bright and proactive attitude, as well as his professional demeanor. Dermafirm stated, "With Huening Kai, we can effectively convey our brand message to global consumers with authenticity."

As part of their rebranding, Dermafirm launched the 'Peptology Boosting Ampoule' line, designed for sensitive skin. The 'Peptology Boosting Ampoule Retinoid' features retinoid (HPR), known as the next-generation retinol, and 99% high-purity peptides, promising to improve ten types of pore concerns in just three days. The 'Peptology Boosting Ampoule Niacinamide Vita C Plus' contains 15% niacinamide, 99% high-purity Glutathione Nano Brightening™, and vitamin C capsules, offering tenfold tone improvement in three days.

Both products emphasize 'visible results in just three days' as part of a skin booster concept, developed in line with the slow-aging trend that values efficacy. Over 20 human application tests, including sensitivity tests for sensitive skin, were conducted to ensure safety and effectiveness, making them suitable for various skin types, including sensitive skin.

The Peptology line is set to launch in South Korea this July, with plans for rapid expansion into global markets, including the United States, Japan, and China.

The accompanying campaign, "Shall We Meet for Just 3 Days?" features Huening Kai's clean and trustworthy image, harmoniously showcasing Dermafirm's peptide research-based technology and brand identity, effectively communicating the brand's new value to global young consumers.

Kim Yeon-hee, CEO of Dermafirm, stated, "People with sensitive skin often hesitate to try new products due to concerns about side effects or dissatisfaction with mild products. We developed the 'Peptology' line using Dermafirm's unique peptide technology to allow even those with sensitive skin to use high-efficacy, high-functionality products with confidence. We aim to empower more consumers to feel confident in their skin." She added, "We will actively engage with consumers through various digital campaigns with our global ambassador Huening Kai to expand our brand influence."
