NewJeans' Danielle Spotted Running Amidst Legal Dispute with Agency

Recent updates on NewJeans member Danielle have surfaced.

Singer Sean shared on his Instagram on the 1st, "🏃🏻‍♂️ Early morning run. A light 8.15km jog. Bogum, are we really going to run a full marathon this year? Danielle, why are you running so well? With a little preparation, you could enter a 10km race^^," along with several photos.

The photos reveal Sean, actor Park Bo-gum, and Danielle running from dawn to early morning. Notably, Danielle, a NewJeans member currently on hiatus due to a legal dispute with her agency ADOR, was seen, drawing attention.

Meanwhile, NewJeans is currently unable to engage in any commercial activities, including music performances, TV appearances, events, and advertisements, as the court sided with ADOR in their injunction request to prohibit the group from signing contracts and maintaining their agency status.

Additionally, the court accepted ADOR's indirect compulsion application against NewJeans, ruling that if the group conducts independent activities without the agency, they must compensate 1 billion KRW per member.
