SEVENTEEN's Dino Purchases Luxury Apartment in Seoul's Elite District

SEVENTEEN member Dino has made headlines by purchasing a high-end apartment in the upscale district of Seongsu-dong, Seoul.

According to real estate industry sources on the 25th, Dino acquired a 195㎡ unit in Galleria Forêt, located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 9 billion KRW (approximately $7.5 million) in February. The ownership transfer was completed earlier this month. This transaction marks the highest price ever recorded for this unit size, with a per-pyeong (approximately 3.3 m²) price of about 152.56 million KRW (approximately $127,000).

Galleria Forêt is a luxury residential complex situated in the Ttukseom Special Planning Zone 1 in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. It is considered one of the 'Three Giants of Seoul Forest' alongside nearby residential buildings Trimage and Acro Seoul Forest. These buildings have contributed to the emergence of Seongsu-dong as a new affluent neighborhood. Galleria Forêt is also known for housing several celebrities, including Han Ye-seul, Kim Soo-hyun, and G-Dragon.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN has achieved remarkable success on Japan's Oricon charts. According to the 'Oricon First Half Ranking 2025' released on the 25th, SEVENTEEN's 5th studio album 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' ranked 2nd in the 'Combined Album Ranking' and 3rd in the 'Album Ranking' for the period from December 9, 2024, to June 8, 2025.
