Kevin Oh Completes Military Service: A New Chapter Begins

Singer Kevin Oh has completed his 18-month military service, officially discharged as a sergeant in the South Korean Army. His wife, actress Gong Hyo-jin, can finally celebrate the end of her 'waiting period' as her husband returns.

Kevin Oh's agency, T Cask Entertainment, expressed gratitude to fans, stating, "We are very thankful to share this joyful news with all the fans who love Kevin Oh. He has fulfilled his military duties diligently and is set to complete his service in good health." They added, "Throughout his military life, he always kept the warm support and love from fans close to his heart."

Kevin Oh enlisted in December 2023 and has since undergone rigorous training and duties. Although born in the United States and not required to serve, he chose to enlist to expand his musical career in Korea and establish a stable family life with his wife.

Before his enlistment, Kevin Oh made headlines in October 2022 with his marriage to Gong Hyo-jin. The couple held a private ceremony in New York City, receiving much support from fans.
