Kwon Sang-woo Showcases $43 Million Building in Seoul While Missing Family in the US

On the 14th, the YouTube channel 'Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young' featured Kwon Sang-woo revealing his building in Korea for the first time.
Kwon Sang-woo flaunted his property located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Originally a car wash, it has been transformed into a space suitable for pop-up events.
Despite the ongoing construction, Kwon smiled with satisfaction as he admired his building. He explained the transformation into a 'pop-up rental space' by saying, "That's the vibe of Seongsu-dong," emphasizing the trend.

Regarding the rental inquiries, Kwon mentioned, "Cosmetic and clothing brands are interested, but nothing is fixed yet." He expressed his hopes, saying, "If this goes well, I can stay longer in the US with my family."
When asked about the monthly rental fee, Kwon jokingly said, "I'll offer a good deal," adding, "It's a challenge. If it succeeds, I can spend more time with my family. I can't do three projects a year like in my 20s. I want to focus on one project and need financial freedom as an actor. I'm just someone who works hard."

He also mentioned, "Whenever I miss my family, I watch Son Tae-young's YouTube channel." Watching his daughter Riho read English books, he admitted, "I can't understand what she's saying." He proudly added, "Recently, Rookhee received the honor roll twice. They're all managing well on their own."
Kwon Sang-woo purchased the 286-pyeong (approximately 9,500 square feet) factory site for 8 billion won (approximately $6.7 million) in April 2015. Its current estimated value exceeds 43 billion won (approximately $43 million).
