Comedian Lee Soo-geun Joins Blood Donation Relay Campaign

Comedian Lee Soo-geun has joined the blood donation relay campaign.

As an ambassador for the Korean Red Cross, Lee participated as the sixth runner in the 'Korean Red Cross 120th Anniversary × World Blood Donor Day Blood Donation Relay Campaign' on the 12th, reflecting on the significance of sharing life.

Since being appointed as the Korean Red Cross Blood Donation Ambassador in 2024, Lee has been actively involved in various activities to promote blood donation culture, including participating in winter radio campaign advertisements. His participation in this relay is also part of efforts to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation among the public.

A representative from the Korean Red Cross stated, "We planned the relay campaign with ambassadors familiar to the public to garner more interest in the noble act of blood donation, which saves lives," adding, "We will actively communicate with the public through SNS content and press releases."

This campaign was organized to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the Korean Red Cross and World Blood Donor Day on June 14th. Nine ambassadors from the Korean Red Cross are participating in the relay format.
