Actor Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun Return from New York Amid Health Challenges

On November 11, Jin Tae-hyun shared on Instagram, "It's day 13 in New York, and we're planning to head back soon," signaling the end of their U.S. trip.
He expressed his intention to focus on his wife during their remaining time abroad, stating, "I want to dedicate the remaining time to my wife."
Jin affectionately referred to his wife as his "battery," saying, "She recharges me and keeps me going." He added, "I need to reflect on whether I'm being a battery for her, ensuring she's recharged and addressing any issues that might arise."
He continued, "People tell me to take it easy, but I have no intention of moderating my love for my wife," declaring, "Even if we live outside the public eye in the future, I will continue to live as I do now."
Previously, Jin Tae-hyun revealed on social media, "I have some heavy news to share. In April, after a health check-up, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and am preparing for surgery."
He reassured fans, "It's a small tumor detected early, but surgery is necessary before it spreads. I'll manage my filming schedule and overseas commitments while ensuring I rest and don't overexert myself, so please don't worry."
Jin added, "We were a bit shocked, but as always, we'll get through it. My mind is focused on the program my wife and I are part of and training for the marathon later this year. I'll undergo surgery and treatment to overcome cancer and show you the actor, entertainer, and marathoner who triumphs over it all."
Jin Tae-hyun married actress Park Si-eun in July 2015. The couple adopted Park Davida, a college student, in 2019. After a successful pregnancy in 2021, they tragically lost their baby 20 days before the due date. In January, they adopted two more daughters.
