Actor Kim Soo-hyun and Agency Secure Assets Amid Legal Battle with YouTube Channel

On the 11th, Kim Soo-hyun's legal representative, LKB & Partners, confirmed that two provisional seizures have been filed. On the 9th, the Seoul Central District Court approved the seizure of two properties owned by Kim Se-eui, located in Apgujeong, Seoul, and Seocho, valued at approximately 8 billion and 2 billion KRW, respectively, totaling 11 billion KRW. The creditor is Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist.
The claim amounts to 4 billion KRW, with each property being claimed for 2 billion KRW. The Apgujeong apartment is co-owned by Kim Se-eui's sister, and only 50% of the property is subject to the seizure.
A provisional seizure was also approved on the 20th of last month for the sponsorship account of 'Gaseyeon.' The creditors for this seizure are Gold Medalist and Kim Soo-hyun. Kim Soo-hyun did not directly list himself as a creditor for the real estate seizure to avoid disclosing personal information during the registration process.

Subsequently, Kim Soo-hyun's legal team filed a lawsuit for damages against Kim Sae-ron's family, Kim Se-eui, and an unidentified individual claiming to be Kim Sae-ron's aunt. The lawsuit is valued at 12 billion KRW.
On the 7th of last month, 'Gaseyeon' held a press conference, releasing what they claimed to be a recording of Kim Sae-ron, alleging a past relationship with Kim Soo-hyun. The recording included statements about their alleged relationship and interactions.
Kim Soo-hyun's team countered, stating the recording was fabricated using AI. They also refuted claims that the informant, identified as 'A,' was attacked in New Jersey, USA, which was proven false. This has cast doubt on 'Gaseyeon's' claims.
