BTS's V Shares His Dedication to Fitness and Appearance Post-Military Service

BTS member V revealed his commitment to maintaining his appearance for fans upon his military discharge.

On November 10th, BTS members RM and V hosted a live broadcast to celebrate their military discharge and interact with fans. During the session, V shared, "I wanted to look good for ARMY, so I completely cut out carbohydrates recently because they're linked to bloating."

He also discussed his weight changes, stating, "I enlisted at 61kg, went up to 80kg, and now I'm back to 67kg."

V added, "I woke up at 5 AM today to exercise alone to reduce bloating. Since it's been a while since I showed myself to ARMY, I wanted to look good. I ran wearing a winter coat on purpose and sweated a lot." RM praised him, saying, "You're a pro."

RM shared his own plans, "I'm going to exercise later. I think I need to reduce bloating too. Running for about 20 minutes on the Stairway to Heaven should do it. I'll go live again tonight to chat."

V mentioned, "I thought about dancing a bit today, but I'm sleepy because I woke up too early to reduce bloating. I think I need to sleep." RM humorously added, "I should go exercise. Why am I running now? I should have done it earlier. Why didn't you tell me to wake up at 5 AM?"

RM and V enlisted in December 2023, serving in the Army's 15th Infantry Division and the Army's 2nd Corps Military Police Special Task Force, respectively. On November 11th, Jimin and Jungkook will complete their service, and on the 21st, Suga will be discharged from his alternative service as a social service agent.
