BTS Leader RM Nears Military Discharge: Countdown Begins

BTS leader RM is on the brink of completing his military service.

On November 1st, RM shared a photo on his Instagram story with the caption, "I can go out soon!"

The photo features a bear character holding a sign that reads 'D-40', along with the message, "Dear senior, only 40 days left until discharge! Hang in there, you can go out soon!" This highlights the fact that the world-renowned BTS leader's discharge is imminent.

RM enlisted in the army as an active-duty soldier in December 2023 and is currently serving in the military band. During his service, he celebrated his birthday by donating 100 million won to a veterans' fund. Fellow member V also enlisted on the same day as RM and is set to be discharged on June 10th.
