NewJeans Celebrates 1000 Days with Fans Amidst Legal Battle

NewJeans commemorated their 1000-day anniversary with heartfelt messages to their fans.

On the 16th, the group shared several Instagram stories through the 'mhdhh_friends' account.

One member, who chose to remain anonymous, posted a sunflower photo with the message, "It's been 1000 days since we met. The 1000 days with Bunnies have been a joy."

Minji expressed, "I can't believe it's already been 1000 days since we met. The time spent together has been joyful, special, happy, and precious. I hope we continue to be together," alongside a photo of a carousel at an amusement park.

Hani apologized for the lack of updates, saying, "I'm sorry for spending time without much news. I'm using this period to recharge myself. I am confident we'll meet again brighter and happier." She added, "Thank you for waiting for us even in this difficult situation. Although we've lost time together, we can fill it with better memories."

A member, presumed to be Haerin, congratulated the members and fans, saying, "Thank you so much for supporting us together. It really gives us strength."

Another anonymous member shared, "It's still unbelievable and amazing that so many people cherish us. I'm always grateful. It's precious and thankful to grow older and share moments with them. We can't predict the future, but what's important is 'who we are with.'"

On the same day, the Seoul Central District Court's Civil Division 50 dismissed NewJeans' objection to an injunction. The court reaffirmed its previous decision from last month, siding with the agency ADOR's injunction against the members. In response, NewJeans, through their legal representative at Sejong Law Firm, announced, "We have filed an immediate appeal and will sincerely engage in the forthcoming legal proceedings."
