Singer Eun Ga-eun has publicly addressed her ongoing conflict with her agency, TSM Entertainment. She has not commented on her independent activities following the dispute.

On October 3rd, Eun Ga-eun posted a lengthy message on her Instagram, stating, "I have truly trusted and worked with the agency all this time, enduring with the hope of maintaining a good relationship even if it meant taking some losses."

Eun Ga-eun explained the cause of the conflict, saying, "The issue isn't just about the settlement money. The agency's lazy and negligent work has caused continuous problems not only with broadcasters but also with senior singers and composers. I later found out that the agency made me appear unreachable and rude to these important people."

She further claimed, "The issue with the settlement money has been ongoing for a long time. Throughout the contract period, the settlement money was never paid on the due date. I never saw a single receipt for expenses. I had to accept whatever the agency provided, thinking that's how it was supposed to be for five years."

Eun Ga-eun also expressed her frustration, stating, "The agency told the media that they never failed to pay the settlement money, and then hurriedly transferred the money that day. They turned me into a liar with their media play."

She continued, "It's really tough. I've come this far with great difficulty, and all I want is to work hard, showing you good songs and a good image."

She has been independently scheduling events and receiving payments directly into her personal account. She is managing her schedule with the help of her fan club president, A.
