Han Ga-in and Kim Dong-jun Stun Fans with Their Sibling-Like Resemblance

Han Ga-in and her lookalike Kim Dong-jun amazed fans with their striking resemblance, appearing almost like siblings.

On the 27th, the YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in' released a video titled 'Meeting Kim Dong-jun, the Lookalike Everyone Wanted (+DNA Test)'.

Han Ga-in expressed, "This is a meeting many have been waiting for," adding, "I've heard a lot about it from people around me, and there have been many comments on videos. Honestly, I was a bit scared because they say meeting a doppelgänger can be dangerous. We met to take the much-anticipated two-shot to see how much we resemble each other," introducing Kim Dong-jun.

Kim Dong-jun appeared with a greeting, and the two shared a warm smile. Upon seeing Kim Dong-jun, Han Ga-in exclaimed, "Wow, we do look alike," and added, "It feels like looking in a mirror. People might believe we're siblings," she laughed.

The production team asked, "Both of you have been in the industry for a long time, why haven't you met before?" Han Ga-in replied, "There was no opportunity." She couldn't stop laughing while looking at Kim Dong-jun, feeling they looked too similar. Kim Dong-jun added, "I also thought, 'Is that my side profile?'" He explained, "I debuted in 2010, and there was no chance to meet since Han Ga-in was on a break." Han Ga-in remarked, "It's fascinating. Don't you feel a similar vibe?" to which Kim Dong-jun nodded in agreement.

The filming location was a cooking studio. Kim Dong-jun explained, "I've heard I look like you for about 20 years, and I've benefited a lot from it, so I prepared a dish as an apology." Han Ga-in marveled, "You feel like a male version of me. It doesn't feel unfamiliar." Kim Dong-jun agreed, "I don't have an older sister, but you feel like one." Han Ga-in declared, "We are siblings now." They continued to marvel at each other. Kim Dong-jun said, "I keep looking at you," and Han Ga-in replied, "It's fascinating. It feels like looking in a mirror."

When asked if he appeared on many variety shows, Kim Dong-jun admitted, "I appeared in almost every program in drag. It was beneficial for the team as it created buzz, but I felt guilty towards Han Ga-in. I even told the company that it didn't seem respectful and asked them to stop."

Kim Dong-jun expressed his apologies, "I wanted to say sorry for appearing in drag," but Han Ga-in reassured him, "Why apologize? I'm grateful. Even when I couldn't be active, you reminded people of me, and that's wonderful."

Kim Dong-jun cooked duck bulgogi for Han Ga-in, bringing seaweed soup and kimchi from home. Han Ga-in praised the dish, saying, "It's delicious."

The production team handed them matching red berets, saying, "You said you didn't like drag, but we couldn't resist." The team burst into laughter at their two-shot. Han Ga-in and Kim Dong-jun were amazed, saying, "It feels like looking in a mirror."

Looking at photos from Kim Dong-jun's idol group days, Han Ga-in exclaimed, "I thought it was me in male attire. We look so alike." She also showed a photo of her son, saying, "The three of us look so similar. Please make sure this photo (of my son) is shown," acknowledging their resemblance. The production team wondered, "Could you two have the same ancestors?" Han Ga-in agreed, "Either our ancestors are the same, or there's something similar in our genes."

Han Ga-in called her husband, actor Yeon Jung-hoon, via video call. She said, "Don't we look so similar? It's strange. It feels like looking in a mirror." Yeon Jung-hoon joked, "Who is who? Did you find your long-lost sibling?" Han Ga-in replied, "It feels strange. Like looking in a mirror." Kim Dong-jun added, "It's my first time meeting you, but there's a strange comfort."

The production team even conducted a DNA test beforehand. Han Ga-in and Kim Dong-jun enjoyed finding similarities in each other. Han Ga-in noted, "We look more alike in person than on screen."
