G-DRAGON Unveils Behind-the-Scenes of 'POWER' Music Video
On the 12th, at midnight, G-DRAGON's official YouTube channel featured the behind-the-scenes footage of the 'POWER' music video. The video captures G-DRAGON's excitement and nervousness a day before his comeback, his first dance practice, teaser and music video preparations, and the music video shoot day, showcasing his journey back to the spotlight after 7 years and 4 months, much to the delight of his fans.
G-DRAGON's professional artistry shone through as he participated in every planning stage from the teaser to the music video. He suggested creative ideas to enhance the visual appeal, such as a set resembling an escape room with different atmospheres and an ending scene where he leaps towards the sky from a subway, matching the lyrics '88 Fly'.
The 'POWER' music video, enriched with G-DRAGON's witty and creative ideas, surpassed 23 million views within 12 days of its initial release on the 31st of last month, capturing global attention.
Additionally, it was revealed that G-DRAGON himself proposed the recording booth video that stirred excitement when he previewed the new song via Instagram Live before its official release.
The video also includes footage from his first dance practice, where G-DRAGON impressively mastered the 'POWER' choreography with his unique flair, despite it being his first time learning the moves.
