Jung Hae-in earned 2.8 billion won sitting down

Actor Jung Hae-in has reportedly made a significant profit from a real estate investment.

According to a media outlet on the 8th, Jung Hae-in purchased a villa in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, in September 2018 for 4.4 billion KRW under his name.

Recent market prices indicate that a 70-pyeong unit in the same villa was sold for 7 billion KRW in February 2022. Considering that other nearby villas are priced at over 8 billion KRW, experts estimate that Jung Hae-in has made at least 2.8 billion KRW in profit over the past six years.

The villa Jung Hae-in bought features a duplex structure with a ground floor area of 212.80㎡ and an upper floor area of 27.85㎡, totaling 72.8 pyeong. Despite being over 40 years old, the villa is considered a valuable investment due to its 71.48-pyeong land area. Additionally, it is located just a 3-minute walk from Cheongdam Station on Line 7 and is adjacent to Cheongdam Park, making it a desirable living environment.

Jung Hae-in is currently active as the lead in the tvN drama 'Mom's Friend's Son' and the movie 'Veteran 2'.
