Actor Choi Tae-joon returns to 'Iron Family'.

KBS 2TV's new special weekend drama 'Iron Family', scheduled to premiere in September, is a romantic black comedy about the 'clean laundry' family of Darim who iron money instead of clothes.

Choi Tae-joon transforms into Cha Tae-woong, a part-time worker at a clean laundry shop. He was abandoned by his parents at birth and grew up in an orphanage. After becoming an adult, Tae-woong is thrown into the world alone and becomes a wanderer with nowhere to go, but with the help of Go Bong-hee (Park Ji-young), the daughter-in-law of the clean laundry shop, he takes his first steps into society.

As curiosity grows over what kind of story the meeting between Cha Tae-woong (played by Choi Tae-joon) and the Clean Laundry family will bring, the extraordinary appearance of Tae-woong in the stills released on the 14th (today) catches the eye. Tae-woong has transformed from a shabby appearance and unkempt style to a neat and tidy handsome man. It is said that there is a story behind this transformation, making people curious about the reason.

Tae-woong also adds to the fun of the drama with his chemistry with Seo Kang-joo (played by Kim Jung-hyun), who is straight up towards Da-rim (played by Geum Sae-rok). Tae-woong's intense appearance as he confronts Kang-joo for Da-rim, whom he cares for like a younger sibling, adds excitement to the story that will unfold.

Choi Tae-joon, who is deeply immersed in the character, is expected to give viewers a deep aftertaste and empathy by exuding a charm that alternates between hot and cold. Attention is focused on what kind of performance he will show in 'Iron Family', which exudes warmth.

'Iron Family' is the follow-up to 'Beauty and the Pure' and will be aired for the first time in September.
