Seonwoo Eun-sook claims 3.5 million won from Yoo Young-jae for 'forced molestation'

It was confirmed that actress Seon Woo Eun-sook claimed 3.5 million won in alimony from her ex-husband Yoo Young-jae.

According to what was recently known in the industry, it was confirmed that the stamp amount for the marriage annulment lawsuit between Seonwoo Eunsook and Yoo Youngjae was 18,000 won. Based on the stamp amount, if calculated in accordance with the Stamp Act and domestic litigation fee rules for civil lawsuits, the amount of alimony is approximately 3.5 million won.

According to the Stamp Act on civil litigation, etc., △0.5% for lawsuit claims up to 10 million won △0.45% plus 5,000 won for amounts between 10 million won and 100 million won △0.4% plus 55,000 won for amounts between 100 million won and less than 1 billion won △If it is over 1 billion won, the stamp fee is 0.35% plus 555,000 won.

The appeal fee must be 1.5 times the fee for the first trial, and for an appeal to the Supreme Court, the fee must be twice that of the first trial.

Previously, Seonwoo Eunsuk and Yoo Youngjae broke up their relationship on April 5th, announcing the news of divorce by agreement after 1 year and 6 months of marriage. Afterwards, rumors spread surrounding the reason for the couple's divorce, including Yoo Young-jae's triangulation theory and common-law marriage.
