According to a media outlet on the 16th, Kwon Eun-bi signed a contract to purchase a single-family home near Cafe Street in Songjeong-dong, Seoul in March for 2.4 billion won. The building has 1 basement floor and 3 floors above ground. It has a land area of 106㎡ and a total floor area of 192.45㎡. It was also announced that the balance is scheduled to be paid in June.

He debuted as a member of the group YeA in 2014 and participated in Mnet's girl group survival audition 'Produce 48' in 2018 and was selected as the final debut member. He was active as the leader of IZ*ONE, but after ending his group activities, he is working as a solo singer in 2021.

Previously, Eunbi Kwon worked as a backup dancer for Secret and Girl's Day when she was in high school. At that time, he revealed that he belonged to a dance team called PLAY.
