Actress Gong Hyo-jin revealed for the first time the newlywed home she lives in with her husband, singer Kevin O.

In the video, Gong Hyo-jin said, "Before I got married, it was difficult to reveal my house to the public. That depends on whether I have a boyfriend or not." Gong Hyo-jin and Kevin O's newlywed home was the house where Gong Hyo-jin originally lived. Gong Hyo-jin explained, "The real newlywed house is in the United States. This is just where I lived. I lived in this house for over 6 years." Kim Na-young exclaimed, "This house feels like I'm in a foreign country. The feeling outside and inside are so different."

Kim Na-young said, "This is the house that made Gong Hyo-jin shine even more. Dongbaek was here, and we got married here," and joked, "It's a house with good energy." In response, Gong Hyo-jin said, "I heard it has good energy. It's an old house, but it was built solidly in the 80s," and added, "There was talk of redevelopment, but I couldn't stand the redevelopment and I'm moving."

Gong Hyo-jin made changes to the interior, such as turning the kitchen space into a study. He said, "I had to move the kitchen to another location, so I made it into a study. When guests come, I can sit and talk, and it's nice to be close by."

You can't take a bubble bath, only water. So I only used wood on the outside."

The living room was also decorated with Gong Hyo-jin's unique sensibility. Gong Hyo-jin pointed to the table in the living room and explained, "It's a Nordic designer table. It's made from a discarded ship."

Most doors were replaced with sliding doors or removed. Gong Hyo-jin said, "I don't usually have a sliding door in my house, so I want to change it to a sliding door. This was originally a room. There was a door, but I didn't need a room, so I boldly removed the door."

The couple's bedroom was also revealed. When Kim Na-young said, "The bed is very high," Gong Hyo-jin confessed, "It was wrong. There was a child who originally fit this bed. I liked it because it was so soft, but my husband said he didn't like it. So I changed it, but I didn't know it was this high."

Lastly, Gong Hyo-jin said, “Home is my inner self,” and “I think it is a space where everything about a person is expressed.” “When I look at a house, I can see a person’s personality. I’m not kidding, I think it’s what’s on the inside. It’s my inner self, my appearance,” he said.

Meanwhile, Gong Hyo-jin married singer Kevin Oh in New York, USA in 2022. Kevin Oh enlisted in December of last year and is scheduled to be discharged in June 2025. Gong Hyo-jin plans to meet the public through tvN's new drama 'Ask the Stars'.
