Red Velvet Irene continues her relationship with SM Entertainment

Red Velvet's Irene has renewed her contract with SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM).

Irene signed a new contract with SM based on deep trust, and plans to carry out various activities in the future with SM's full support.

Irene said, “I decided to renew my contract because I trusted the company staff who have been with me since my debut and SM who helped me become who I am today,” adding, “With my gratitude to the fans who have always supported Red Velvet, this year’s “I will show my good side through various activities with the members.”

In addition, SM announced, “Based on mutual trust and partnership, we have signed a new contract with Seulgi and Irene,” and added, “We will provide support in various ways so that she can be more active as a global artist, and we ask for your continued love and interest.”

Red Velvet is a true 'concept' with many hit songs such as 'Red Flavor', 'Peek-A-Boo', 'Psycho', and 'Feel My Rhythm'. Meanwhile, Red Velvet, to which Irene belongs, will participate in 'SMTOWN LIVE 2024 SMCU PALACE @TOKYO', which will be held at Tokyo Dome in Japan for two days from February 21st to 22nd.
