“Bae Jeong-nam, I don’t work when I’m tired”… Producer Na Young-seok directly explains the discord rumors
Recently, on the YouTube channel 'Channel 15 Nights', PD Na Young-seok, writer Choi Jae-young, and others conducted a live broadcast where they answered subscribers' concerns and solved them.
In the video, Na Young-seok opened his mouth by saying, "I got a call from Jeong-nam yesterday. Jeong-nam said, 'Please explain. I'm not getting any castings because of the rumor that my brother hates me.'"
Producer Na responded, “I’m close to Jeongnam. “I’m close with our Jeongnam,” he said. “Yesterday, he called me while drinking with producer Jang Eun-jeong. “I will call Jeongnam soon and broadcast an explanation,” he said.
Producer Na and Bae Jeong-nam developed a close relationship while working together on programs such as ‘Spanish Boarding House’ and ‘The Devil Wears Jeongnam’. However, recently, rumors of a feud between the two have been circulating on some YouTube channels and internet communities. The background is that at the press conference for 'Spanish Boarding House' in March 2019, PD Na said of Bae Jeong-nam, "A friend who is faithful to his instinct of not working when he is tired," and "He takes care of more food for himself than for the guests." It was said that he spoke bitterly.
Due to this, the 'discord' rumor was going around that 'Bae Jeong-nam was cut off by PD Na', and in fact, when Bae Jeong-nam suffered the loss of not receiving any casting, PD Na seems to have started to explain by directly mentioning this.
