Ahn Hye-kyung, “Absolutely no sniping or jabbing at ‘The Glory’”

Broadcaster Ahn Hye-kyung explained the controversy surrounding the Netflix series 'The Glory'.

On the 9th, Ahn Hye-kyung wrote, "It is absolutely not a sniper or a criticism. I wrote this in sympathy with the fact that I enjoyed the actor's acting and work, but I never thought that some people might misunderstand or feel uncomfortable depending on the viewer."

He added, "More than anything, I hate myself for not thinking that people could feel that way after reading my writing. When I received calls from my acquaintances this morning, I was shocked and explained it to them. I, too, am one of those people waiting for March to watch The Glory."

Previously, MBC weather caster Kim Ga-young posted an article that began with, “Weather caster fact-checking due to over-immersion in ‘The Glory.’” He said, "A moderately glamorous job? It's a job that requires hard work," and "With a sense of duty to take responsibility not only for daily life but also for safety."

Gayoung Kim said, "Writing the manuscript for you? From CG requests to reporting and writing the manuscript, it's entirely up to the caster. Sometimes, it's even the report photos, music, costumes, and props."

This is because some netizens claimed that he was targeting ‘The Glory’.
