'I'm Solo' 17th class Hyunsuk and Youngcheol, 'pink' from their first date

In SBS Plus and ENA's real dating program 'I Am SOLO', which aired on the 25th, 'Solo Country 17' was depicted stepping on the romance accelerator on a first date. In addition, the 'real profiles' of the 17th class Ok-sun, Sun-ja, and Hyeon-suk, which were shrouded in mystery, were also revealed.
Ok-sun, who was predicted to have a career change, was 34 years old and was running a black goat ranch in Jipseongchon, Sejong City. Oksun, who inherited the black goat ranch after her grandfather and father, attended graduate school in animal husbandry and was aggressively pursuing the business. “There is only one person I want to talk to, and it is different from the first impression,” she said. “I like people who seem to be unpopular.” He revealed his unusual ideal type.
Sunja, 31, works as a marketing director at an outdoor activity community platform and studied fashion in Paris for eight years. Sunja, who said, “My parents got married after dating for 10 years because they were each other’s first loves,” said, “I like people who are bright and rambunctious and smart.” Next, Hyunsook, a 36-year-old accountant, showed off (G)I-DLE's 'Queen Car' in a talent show and then laughed, saying, "I have a dream of learning sports dance with my husband."
After the ‘self-introduction time’, the single men gathered together and had a heated talk on the topic of Ok-sun, saying, “A complete reversal of the story, Ok-sun!” and “Did you mean to be a black goat because her clothes are also black?” Gwangsu subtly expressed his favor by saying, “Sejong is close to Gwangju (where I live).” Single women were also conflicted in the dorm, saying, “Everything is very fine.” On the other hand, Young-soo, who had previously expressed interest in Young-sook, honestly confessed to the other single men, "I've had enough conversations with Young-sook, so I'm going to try someone else today," and "I'm curious about Young-sook, Young-ja, Ok-sun, and Sun-ja."
After a while, the 17th group started choosing their first date. The choice for this date was that the single women would each sit on the designated main floor, and the single man they liked would go and sit next to them and confess, “I missed you a lot.” This morning, Youngsu had even discussed the date location with Youngsook, but he passed by Youngsook and went and sat next to Youngja, the ‘youngest’ single woman. Youngsu revealed the reason for choosing Youngja, saying, “I liked it because I felt sharp and confident.” Young-sook was disappointed that Young-su did not choose her and quietly said, “What kind of Nakdong River duck egg is this?” Subsequently, Youngho and Youngcheol chose Youngsook, and a '2:1 date' was concluded. Yeong-sik went straight to Sun-ja, Gwang-su chose Ok-soon, and Sang-cheol chose Hyeon-suk. As a result, only Jeong-suk ended up eating the ‘solitary meal’ alone.
Youngsu and Youngja went to a raw fish restaurant and had a meal date. Here, the two talked about 'generation gap', and Young-su showed an open attitude to Young-ja, who is 9 years younger than him, saying, "Even if they are of the same zodiac sign, 40-year-olds and 28-year-olds seem a little different." Then, the two confirmed that they had something in common about their ideal type, saying, “I like people who are good at self-management.” After the date, Youngja was satisfied in an interview with the production team, saying, “I think our values and other aspects match well.” Youngsu showed his open mind as always, saying, “I plan to talk to Oksun and Sunja the next day.”
For his date with Sunja, Yeongsik selected dozens of 'Geochang restaurants' and even called the restaurants directly to get permission to film. Also, while waiting for Sunja to come out, she was meticulous in organizing her shoes at the entrance of the women's dormitory. A while later, on a date with Sun-ja, Young-sik appealed, saying, “I was hoping that you would choose me in the first impression…” while at the restaurant, he shouted, “Please fill me with cucumbers,” for Sun-ja, who likes cucumbers.
Despite Yeongsik’s consideration, Sunja cautiously asked, “If you are too delicate, you become sensitive.” Yeongsik wisely responded, “Seeing how he forced me to be attentive in the past, I felt it was too much.” Sunja responded, “I think I also need to develop tolerance to understand that.” After the date, Yeongsik confessed that his likeability had increased, saying, “It was really fun,” and Sunja said, “It’s about a 7 out of 10. “Right now it’s an exploration war,” he said.
Hyunsuk and Sangcheol had a date full of laughter, causing 3 MCs Defconn, Lee Yi-kyung, and Song Hae-na to say, “They look like newlyweds.” The two people, who had something in common, being from a 'dance club', even had the exact same hobby of playing music and dancing alone. Sang-cheol filleted fish one by one for Hyun-suk and appealed, saying, “I like cooking.” Hyunsuk applauded, saying, “I really like men who cook.” The two showed off their similar tastes, from their taste for bean noodles to their attitude toward work, raising the pink temperature.
However, Sang-cheol was embarrassed by Hyun-sook's sharp question, “What is the age difference between you and your sister?” by saying, “I have sisters who are twelve, nine, and three years older than me.” Hyunsuk coolly replied, “It’s good to have many brothers.” In an interview with the production crew after the date, Sang-cheol confessed, “I was very attracted to the way he seemed to have maintained his smile for a long time,” and Hyun-sook said, “I was worried because I wasn’t a ‘Golden Man,’ but I was more moved by it than I thought.” I confessed it. Subsequently, Ok-soon's charm exploded in the '2:1 date' between Young-sook, Young-ho and Young-cheol, and the '1:1 date' with Gwang-soo, raising curiosity about the romance of the 17th episode that will unfold next week.
