Singer Hong Jin-young had a busy first schedule as the CEO of a beauty brand.

Hong Jin-young, who became a 'seller' by introducing Hong Shot Foundation in 2018, launched the 'Chic Blanco' brand on October 12 after directly participating in the product planning and development process.

Chic Blanco participated in the 'K Beauty Expo' held at KINTEX in Goyang on the 12th, and Hong Jin-young, who had a busy schedule at the booth from the morning, appeared as a speaker in the section on 'K-Beauty Growth and Marketing' following the congratulatory performance at 2 pm. actively promoted the brand.

After going on stage with her representative song ‘Battery of Love’, she went up to the podium with the theme of K-beauty and said, “It was truly a dreamlike story to be on the Billboard as a trot singer. “I thought it was a place I couldn’t go to, a place I couldn’t reach, but I was lucky enough to get on the Billboard charts,” he said of his experience.

He continued, “The same goes for K-beauty. “I want to meet good partners and contribute to the export and expansion of K-beauty,” he said, expressing his affection for Chic Blanco.

He shared that he had met directly with visitors and buyers at the booth since this morning, saying, “Today is the first day, and I met several buyers in the morning. In the past, what kind of brand it was was important, but now ingredients and efficacy are more important. “I realized once again that it is not important who made it and who the model is, but that products that well understand and reflect consumer needs are highly preferred,” he said.

After the speech was over, Hong Jin-young came down from the stage and moved to the booth after singing 'Ring', and while fans continued to ask for photos, Hong Jin-young showed an active attitude toward promoting the brand by directly demonstrating the performance.

'Chic Blanco' contains an image that combines CHIC, which means sophisticated, trendy, and confident, and BLANCO, which means white, pure, and clean. The brand name, which combines base and color skin care, expressed Hong Jin-young's more mature image.

In particular, Hong Jin-young plans to continue meeting buyers according to the 'K Beauty Expo' with all schedules except the event schedule scheduled until October 14th.
