Actress Uhm Ji-won showed great athletic ability.

Recently, Uhm Ji-won said, "It's my first cross-country ride in my life. I rented a classic cross-country bike and went for a cross-country run along the Pine Creek River. I watched YouTube and thought I could do it roughly, but I went and fell on the uphill section. I fell on the downhill section. I fell a few times (but I fell). To say I lost is not enough^^;) I felt an amazing sense of happiness as if I was doing a lot of cardio and walking together. #Cross-countryskiing,” he posted the photo.
