‘First play challenge’ Won Jin-ah “‘Faust’, a good choice”

On the afternoon of the 21st, a press conference for the play 'Faust' was held at the LG Arts Center Seoul in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Actors Yoo In-chon, Park Hae-soo, Park Eun-seok, Won Jin-ah, and director Yang Jeong-woong attended the event.
'Faust' is a reinterpretation of the play completed over 60 years by the great German writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Through Faust's imperfect actions and choices, direction and inspiration for an imperfect life are presented.
Gretchen, played by Won Jin-ah, falls in love with a young Faust she meets by chance, and as a result, she faces a crisis that puts her entire family and herself in danger.
On this day, Won Jin-ah said, "It's not that I performed because it was 'Faust,' but I had no opportunity to perform and I had no experience. I was curious about what acting would be like on stage. I had a lot of dream-like thoughts and fantasy-like feelings."
He continued, "When I had the opportunity to stand on the same stage with my seniors through 'Faust', I thought that if I didn't do it this time, I would regret it for the rest of my life. I'm the type of person who is scared and worried a lot. However, I talked about the work about 'Faust'. “When I heard, I had a strange desire and greed to do this no matter what,” he added.
Won Jin-ah said, "That's why I decided to work on 'Faust'. Rehearsals are in full swing right now. It was a very good choice, and I am grateful for this opportunity. In the process of completing the stage, I feel happy by giving strength and support to each other and filling in the shortcomings. “Yes, I will do my best to prepare so that I can radiate this happiness on stage.”
Meanwhile, 'Faust' will open at LG Arts Center Seoul from March 31st.
