Uhm Ji-won, the reason why she made a special appearance in ‘Jeong-i’
On the 21st, Uhm Ji-won said, "I appeared in one scene due to my relationship with director Sang-ho Yeon and the production company (method, method again) and my selfish interest in senior Kang Soo-yeon (filming was done quite a long time ago. I think I filmed it before the actors even got the script)." Several photos were posted along with the text.
He added, "I have to be careful about special appearances because I don't understand the overall flow, and I think there's a different burden from appearing in films because I have to be of some help by appearing."
Uhm Ji-won explained, “The work was released on Netflix and many people have seen it, so I’m uploading still images.”
He also said, "It was an honor to be able to work with you, and I will remember it for a long time. I was grateful. And thank you."
The released photo shows Uhm Ji-won appearing in the Netflix movie ‘Jeong-i’. 'Jeong-i' is the story of people trying to develop the best combat AI by cloning the brain of the legendary mercenary Jeong-i (played by Kim Hyun-joo) in order to end the war that broke out in the shelter they moved to after escaping the Earth devastated by climate change.
