In the process of telling my story as a reference for the recent government inspection, I think the only thing that was emphasized was that the facilities at the rehabilitation center are poor and I would like to ask for support, so I would like to talk a little more.
When answering questions during the National Assembly audit, I was very nervous due to the limited speaking time and the fact that it was my first time visiting the National Assembly, and my speech was slurred and my mind went blank because I was sharing my story in an official setting for the first time.
Due to the atmosphere of the government audit, the focus was on realistic solutions to the budget and current situation regarding drug rehabilitation and treatment, so I guess I only talked about the systemic inferiority that I felt in the field.
But before that, I would like to add a little more to the story. Of course, I also believe that people who make wrong choices like me should be punished and have no room for excuses.
However, when I listen to the stories of people who receive counseling at rehabilitation facilities and people who attend meetings and share their experiences, there are many cases where people are exposed to drugs regardless of their will and fall into the swamp of addiction.
And I don't really know why, but I felt like my guard against Baron drugs had relaxed a lot, and I was able to get drugs so easily.
Therefore, you and I have seen many cases of people using drugs, and the number of addicts is bound to increase.
What I emphasized about the importance of rehabilitation centers is that I, too, am recovering from those who have overcome addiction and I wanted to say that the influence of 'recoverers' is great. In order to help prevent drugs by recovering drug addicts who have already spread widely, such 'recovery' is needed. This is because I thought there should be more people.
To that end, the role of the rehabilitation center is crucial, so I asked for your support. you're right. I know I destroyed myself and it's my fault. However, in a place called the National Assembly Audit, rather than talking about myself, I had to speak on behalf of many people about people who were exposed to addiction unintentionally and about what can be done to alleviate the problem of drug addiction, which has already become so widespread, so I decided to go to rehabilitation treatment. We talked more about its importance.
I am so ashamed, I resent myself, and I know my mistakes. I also know that I have been living wrongly. So, I am struggling to live like a human being. And I believe that I deserve to be punished, and I will faithfully attend the trial. I'm not asking you to help me. In the current situation where the drug problem has become more serious as we have already moved away from being a drug-free country, treatment and rehabilitation is important if we want to correct this and improve even a little.
Drugs are like contagious viruses. Therapeutic rehabilitation is a vaccine. One addict creates a thousand addicts. However, I would like to say that it is also important that one recoverer helps many addicts recover. Drugs are a crime. I also believe that this should never be done and those who sell and manufacture this should be severely punished.
However, we need to think about what we can do to correct the disease that has already spread. I am truly sorry for causing trouble once again. I will continue to live like a human being and, if I dare, I will do my best to become a person who can help prevent drugs even a little for the rest of my life. I will live in reflection.
