Six days before the store opened, Baek Jong-won went out for a surprise inspection. Baek Jong-won visited a noodle restaurant. The owner of the noodle restaurant was in a situation where the wrong ingredients were delivered and he changed the recipe because he felt the ingredients were a waste. Baek Jong-won checked the broth residue and pointed out, “The anchovy flesh is alive.” He then became angry, saying, “What am I regretting right now that I’m looking through all this?” When he saw the container full of green onions, he said, “Can you cook with this at home?”

Baek Jong-won, who was disappointed, was confused, saying to the boss, "Do you see the dust or not? Are you going to do business like this? If you can't do it, give up now. If you don't want to risk your life here, don't do it. What is this? The basics are not there." Afterwards, filming stopped for a while.
