Jeong Dong-won visits Mokpo Memorial Park for a deceased fan
On the 28th, a video titled the lyrics of Jeong Dong-won's fan song 'Eternal' was posted on the YouTube channel 'Jung Dong-won TV'. The video shows Jeong Dong-won heading to Mokpo, where there are fans, to answer the comment on Jeong Dong-won's music broadcast video.
A commenter who revealed that his deceased mother was a fan of Jeong Dong-won said, “My mother passed away last night, and when I looked back on the contents of the messenger with my mother, this is the video she sent me recently. “Thank you,” he said, bringing out deep emotions.
Jeong Dong-won commented on the comment on JTBC's 'Knowing Bros' broadcast on February 4th, saying, "You said thank you to me, and I was proud and grateful for my hard work so far. I was really moved."
Jeong Dong-won, who visited the memorial park in Mokpo in person, met and greeted the fan's husband and spoke on the phone with the son who left a comment. Additionally, he personally purchased flowers for his fans and headed to the mortuary.
Jeong Dong-won said, "I will work harder in the future so that many good songs can be heard in heaven. It was truly an honor to be able to become another son. I hope you are happy and comfortable in heaven."
In particular, Jeong Dong-won attracted attention by showing his sincere appearance by preparing and gifting an album with a direct message and a concert MD for fans who could not come to the concert.
The fan's husband shed tears in gratitude to Jeong Dong-won for walking to Mokpo, saying, "I voted really hard when (Jeong Dong-won) was on Mr. Trot. I was planning to go to the Seoul concert together this year, but it's a shame I couldn't go."
Jeong Dong-won said, "I felt bad because my father kept shedding tears. All I could say was that I would work hard. This is near Hadong, so I will stop by again when I come to Hadong."
After Jeong Dong-won passed away, the fan's husband said, "It's amazing at such a young age. I only said thank you, but I didn't do anything for Dong-won. I was so grateful that he came from so far away at such a busy time." It made them cry.
Meanwhile, Jeong Dong-won continues to communicate with fans by releasing the digital single 'Forever' for fans on February 19th.
