'Jung Kyung-ho♥' Choi Soo-young selected to host Marie Claire Asia Star Awards

Actress Choi Soo-young was selected as the host of the '2023 Marie Claire Asia Star Awards' held during the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF).

On the 26th, her agency Saram Entertainment said, “Choi Sooyoung will be the sole host of the 2023 Marie Claire Asia Star Awards, which will be held on the 5th of next month.” The Marie Claire Asia Star Awards is an awards ceremony organized by fashion magazine Marie Claire, hosted by the Busan International Film Festival, and sponsored by fashion brand Chanel. Choi Soo-young, who served as host in 2019, won the Face of Asia Award in 2022 and will return as host of the Marie Claire Asia Star Awards this year for the third consecutive time.

Choi Soo-young has demonstrated smooth and stable hosting skills at numerous awards ceremonies, including the '2022 Buil Film Awards' and the '2022 MBC Drama Awards'. Choi Soo-young, who recently worked as an MC for JTBC's 'RU Next?' and tvN's '290 Million: Marriage War', is expected to once again heat up the night in Busan with her unique sense of hosting.
