Despite this, I didn't lose any muscle. “I lost 4kg. I praise you,” he added.
Choi Kang-hee said, "I wonder how bad I've been eating all this time. I was surprised," and added, "Now, I'm going to maintain my diet for the rest of the year and start exercising."
