Singer and actor Rain (Jung Ji-hoon) revealed that he is in the pre-obesity stage.

On the 11th, Rain posted a photo with the caption, "I'm working out like this, but I'm at a pre-obesity stage." This is a photo posted of other test findings among the health checkup results received by Rain.

He explained, "Wow. I can't believe I exercise regularly. I have to go to the athletes' village, so I have to change my industry. I exercise twice a day, but isn't there something wrong with the machine?"

According to other test results, Rain was found to be obese (body mass index) and overweight (pre-obesity stage). It is written that people should be careful not to gain more weight, and that regular aerobic exercise and a balanced diet are recommended. Subsequent tests related to blood pressure and anemia were normal.

Rain married actress Kim Tae-hee in 2017 and they have two daughters. It is known that Rain is serious about exercising. However, he was diagnosed with pre-obesity and attracted attention.
