Kim Ho-young mourns the late Moonbin

Musical actor Kim Ho-young mourned the late Astro member Moonbin.

On the 20th, Kim Ho-young posted a photo of a white chrysanthemum with the message, “My heart is heavy.” He added, “I’m sorry I couldn’t keep my promise to buy you food once.”

According to Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, Moonbin's manager found him dead at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at 8:10 pm on the 19th and reported him to the police. Police believe that Moonbin committed suicide. It is reported that an autopsy is being considered to investigate the cause of death.

His agency Fantagio said, "Moonbin suddenly left us and became a star in the sky. Although it cannot be compared to the sadness of the bereaved family who lost their beloved son and brother, the Astro members who have been with us for a long time and our fellow artists and employees at Fantagio “I am deeply mourning the deceased in great sadness and shock,” he said.

The deceased was born in 1998 and made his official debut in the entertainment industry in 2009 as the child role of Kim Beom in the drama ‘Boys Over Flowers.’ Previously, they appeared in the group TVXQ's 'Balloon' music video in 2006 and became known as Little TVXQ.

Then, in 2016, he officially debuted as a member of the boy group Astro under Fantagio. Last January, member Sanha formed a unit, Moonbin & Sanha, and promoted their 3rd mini album ‘INCENSE’.
