Cambodian Koreans diagnosed with cardiac arrest, hospital 'lost contact'
Mirae Polyclinic in Cambodia, where comedian Seo Se-won was diagnosed with cardiac arrest, has blocked all contact with the outside world.

As a result of Ten Asia's coverage on the 20th, it was reported that Mirae Polyclinic in Phnom Penh, Cambodia did not even receive contact from local people after the death of Seo Se-won. Rumor has it that the hospital is refusing to communicate with existing patients and has reached a point of no contact.

According to a Korean living in Cambodia, "Cambodia is not as safe or as reliable as Korea. Among Korean residents, the number of people who suspect that Seo Se-won's death was a 'suspicious accident' is increasing." “Everyone looks strange because we don’t receive calls from non-Korean locals.”

Seo Se-won suffered cardiac arrest while receiving an IV at Mirae Polyclinic around 11:30 a.m. on the 20th.

Afterwards, first aid was attempted with medical staff from the nearby Sunrise Japan Hospital, but it was reported that he was declared dead by local medical staff at 3 PM (Korean time).

The Korean Embassy in Cambodia is investigating the circumstances surrounding Seo's death.
