It was claimed that the cause of the deceased Seo Se-won's death could be 'myocardial infarction'.

Dr. Bong Jeong-min, director of the internal medicine hospital, recently said, "The bereaved family said (Seo Se-won's death) was a medical accident and an autopsy was being performed, but they speculate that the cause of death was myocardial infarction." “I’m falling,” he began.

He continued, "Unfortunately, because there were no doctors around, it is not easy to predict whether the IV or Cambodia (where medical care is underdeveloped) was the culprit." "I made a guess. He probably suffered from cold sweats as his blood pressure dropped right before his myocardial infarction, and when he got dizzy, he mistook it for hypoglycemia and ate candy. Afterwards, he probably tried to get some intravenous fluids to calm down," he said.

He added, “Some obese patients expect to lose weight if their diabetes is severe,” adding, “But that does not mean losing fat and becoming healthy. Muscles melt away, leaving only bones.”

Seo Se-won died while receiving an IV at a Korean hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, around 11 a.m. on the 20th. A temporary mortuary has been set up at a nearby temple, and the body of the deceased is being frozen.
