Lee Jong-seok's donation behavior resembles IU's, donating 100 million won
Actor Lee Jong-seok showed his positive influence on Children's Day.
As it is Family Month, Lee Jong-seok donated 100 million won to the Children's Hospital of Asan Medical Center in Seoul on the 3rd with the hope that all children will grow up healthy and happy. The 100 million won donated by Lee Jong-seok in celebration of Children's Day on May 5th will be used to support treatment costs for pediatric patients from low-income families.
In particular, this donation is even more meaningful in that it was raised with the proceeds from a bazaar held by Lee Jong-seok himself on the 30th. The warm hearts created with fans were used as a positive influence, adding warmth.
Lee Jong-seok, who has always had an interest in places in need, has consistently made donations. Last year, he donated 100 million won to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association to help neighbors affected by forest fires, and 100 million won to the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation to help young people prepare for independence. In addition, through UNICEF, we have provided support funds to underprivileged children at home and abroad. In this way, Lee Jong-seok continues to do good deeds by trying to be of help to those in need of support throughout society.
This also resembles the donation behavior of Lee Jong-seok's girlfriend IU. Since her debut, IU has also been consistently sharing on special anniversaries with her fan club name, 'Uaena', as well as 'IUana'. In addition, he continued to show interest and take the lead in donating to the underprivileged neighbors in welfare blind spots, exerting a positive influence. The amount of donations known to the outside world in 2022 alone amounts to 920 million won. Even after acknowledging her relationship with Lee Jong-seok, she donated 10 million won as a donation to collect briquettes of love to help low-income and vulnerable people have a warm winter.
