Producer Na Young-seok has over 5 million subscribers, but is at a loss.
Producer Na Young-seok explained the profit structure of the YouTube channel 'Channel 15 Nights' operated by his production company.

On the 12th, producer Na appeared on the YouTube channel ‘Calm Man’ and conducted an interview with webtoon writer and broadcaster Calm Man (Lee Mal-nyeon).

On this day, Calm Man asked PD Na, “The TV program is going well, so why did you go outside?” Producer Na responded, "The trend keeps changing and everyone else gets off at the stop and takes the next train, but I felt like I would be left behind if I was the only one sitting in this seat because it was comfortable."

At the same time, PD Na revealed the reason for creating Channel 15 Nights. He said, “I was wondering if there was a way to combine TV and other advanced media,” and added, “Channel 15 Night aired the show briefly on TV and then let people watch the full broadcast on YouTube.”

He also said, "There are various deliberations and strictness on TV, but YouTube is open to expression, so I tried to show refined things on TV and make it feel like I was wearing slippers with all my makeup on YouTube." He continued, "I told the celebrities to make it easier than usual and filmed it. At that time, my first YouTube video was 'Three Meals in Iceland' (hereinafter referred to as 'Aganse'). I tried to try an entertainment show that had a different feel from TV."

Calm Man said, “Would it be acceptable if a channel with 5.36 million subscribers and 3 million views gets 50,000 or 100,000 views? Then, other content also dies. There is bound to be an upper limit to what must be done. Ultimately, creative works are created for the viewer. “What’s the point of making it when no one is watching?” he advised.

PD Na also confessed that he was worried because his channel, Fifteen Nights, with 5.36 million subscribers, was losing money. PD Na said, “Even though the number of subscribers is not small, when we calculated (profit and loss), we found a deficit,” and “This is because we do not receive sponsorship when we create special business trip programs.”

Lastly, PD Na talked about what he wants to do in the future. He said, “I think I have been loved by many people while making programs,” and said, “From now on, I want to nurture my juniors and producers well and make them independent.”
