Park Soo-hong appears as a witness in the trial of a YouTuber accused of defamation
Broadcasters Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye will attend the trial of YouTuber Kim Yong-ho, who was indicted on defamation charges.

Park Soo-hong dms will attend the 4th trial of Kim Yong-ho, which was held by Criminal Division 6 of the Seoul Eastern District Court (Chief Judge Park Kang-min) on the 18th. Da-ye Kim also attends as a trusted person. The interrogation process is conducted privately due to concerns about preventing secondary damage.

Park Soo-hong, who was selected as a witness in the fourth trial, is expected to refute Kim Yong-ho during the interrogation process and at the same time raise his voice to call for strict punishment for rumors.

Kim Yong-ho is accused of spreading unfounded rumors about Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye through YouTube from April to August of last year. At the time, Kim Yong-ho claimed that Kim Da-ye was in a relationship with Mr. A, the former CEO of a wet tissue company, and that Kim Dae-ye took drugs with Mr. A. In addition, after Mr. A made an extreme choice, Kim Dae-ye caused a stir by saying that she married Park Soo-hong.

Accordingly, Park Soo-hong sued Kim Yong-ho in August of last year, and the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office sent Kim Yong-ho to trial without detention on charges of defamation, attempted coercion, and insult under the Information and Communications Network Act in October of the same year.

Afterwards, he attended the third trial held behind closed doors on March 20th as a witness and refuted all of Kim Yong-ho's claims about him, including cohabitation, drugs, and gambling, as false.

At the time, Kim Dae-ye said, "The defendant (Kim Yong-ho) has already been sentenced to prison not only in our trials but also in other victims' trials," and "As stated in the prosecution's indictment, he repeatedly spread false information 31 times. He made money by committing character murder with fake news like this." “Crime must disappear,” he said, suggesting a strong response.
