The person who reported false facts to Kim Yong-ho at the trial was known to be Park Soo-hong's brother-in-law. Park Soo-hong's legal representative, Law Firm Noh Jong-eon, said, "I strongly suspected that the informant was his brother-in-law. We plan to file additional charges against him."

Kim Yong-ho is accused of defaming the couple Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye. From April to August 2021, the couple accused them of spreading false information through their YouTube channel.
It is known that he denied all charges in the first and second trials held in November of last year and January of this year. In addition, Kim Yong-ho is accused of forcibly molesting a woman at a meat restaurant in Haeundae-gu, Busan in July 2022, and forcibly touching and attempting to have sex with the body of woman A at a hotel in Daegu in 2019.
