BJ Bly, Controversy over '119 prank calls' abusive language during drinking broadcast

On the 23rd, BJ Bly hosted a so-called 'Sulbang' on the Internet broadcasting platform Afreeca TV. On this day, Blee suddenly called 911 while drunk.
To the 119 operator who received BJ Bly's call, he said, "Where are you now?"
After ending the call, BJ Bly said, "Oh, wait. I answer right away. 119. Wait a minute, is this wrong? No, I called because I didn't know how to answer right away." Afterwards, a phone number presumed to be 119 was contacted again. Accordingly, BJ Bly was perplexed by the continuous vibrating sound of the phone.
Viewers watching the broadcast at the time did not even order BJ Bly to call 119, and it is known that BJ Bly actually called 119 and stopped.
Criticism continued in the chat (conversation) window, saying 'I will report on the public interest'. In response, BJ Bly spat out abusive language, saying, "If this is a public interest report, what are you going to do with your personal broadcast?
At the continued criticism, BJ Bly lowered her head. On the 24th, BJ Bly announced her position regarding the '119 Prank Call Controversy' on the bulletin board of her channel.
He said, "First of all, I'm sorry for the delay in the notice as I was trying to wake up and figure out the situation." He said, "Yesterday during a drinking show, Mr. ○○ said he was sick, but when I tried to call the ambulance, I remembered later that I didn't know the address, so I hung up the phone in a hurry."
He continued, "I called 119 without thinking deeply in a drunken state." "The intention was not to make a prank call, but looking at what I did, I think it could be seen as a prank call. I'm really sorry."
BJ Bly explained, "When I spit out swear words to do it if I was going to file a public interest report, I was talking about the contents of a public interest report broadcast every Tuesday, and it was a remark that had nothing to do with calling 119." Finally, he added, "I will be careful with my words and actions from now on."
